Collision on its way to the planet during days: warnings to citizens

Image
Air space experts have warned of the fall of China's space station towards the Earth, which is expected to crumble within days. Sputnik news quoted the Guardian newspaper as saying that the Chinese station, Tiangong-1 , has been out of control since 2016, and experts expect it to enter the atmosphere and hit the ground at the beginning of next April. The US-funded aerospace corporation said there was a chance for a small amount of debris to reach the surface of the earth. "At the same time, it is unlikely that anyone will be hit by falling debris." "In the history of spaceflight, no one has been affected by the entry of space debris into the Earth's atmosphere, but there is little likelihood that the space station will be loaded with a highly toxic substance called hydrazine," the company said. Because of this article, experts warned against touching any debris on the ground, while avoiding the inhalation of emitted vapors. Tiangong-1 was launche...

FOOD BUILDING IMMUNITY " EFFECT OF FOODS IN BUILDING OUR IMMUNITY "

Image
What is your immune system and why is it important?  Each person is born with a system in his/her body to fight off disease caused by bacteria, microbes, viruses, toxins, and even parasites. This is your immune system. Some people have strong immune systems, others do not.  The immune system has many processes with one of three particular jobs to do:  1. stopping disease from entering the body,  2. killing bacteria or viruses once they enter the body but before they make you sick, and  3. destroying viruses and/or bacteria after they have created disease.  The immune system can recognize viruses that have been in your body before. The first time a virus enters your body, a healthy immune system will develop antibodies or other compounds that are designed to attack this virus. The next time this virus enters your body, these antibodies are ready to attack right away.  This is the process that prevents you from getting a disease like ch...

OLIVE OIL " MAGIC HEALTHY CURING DRUG "

Image
Health Benefits of Olive Oil  Cardiovascular Disease (CDV)  Although higher intakes of fruits, vegetables, and legumes provide significant health benefits and protection from CVD, olive oil is independently protective (Grosso et al. 2015). In 2004, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved a qualified health claim for olive oil. The Qualified Health Claim Statement reads: “Limited and not conclusive scientific evidence suggests that eating about 2 tablespoons (23 grams) of olive oil daily may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease due to the monounsaturated fat in olive oil. To achieve this possible benefit, olive oil is to replace a similar amount of saturated fat and not increase the total number of calories you eat in a day” (FDA 2014). Only certain foods can be labeled with the qualified health claim for olive oil. These include products that are pure olive oil, salad dressings that contain 6 g or more of olive oil but less than 4 g of saturated fat p...

HEALTHY FOODS FOR PREGNANT WOMENS ; PART 2

Image
OTHER FOOD INGREDIENTS  CAFFEINE  Many pregnant and breastfeeding women are concerned about consuming too much caffeine. Caffeine is found in coffee, tea, some soft drinks, chocolate, and some over-the-counter medications. Most research finds that it is safe for both pregnant and breastfeeding women to consume moderate amounts of caffeine. Moderate caffeine intake is considered to be about 300 mg/day. This is typically about the same amount that is found in two to three 8-ounce cups of coffee, depending on the type and strength of the coffee, or six cups of tea. Pregnant and breastfeeding women don’t have to give up their morning cup of coffee, tea, or soft drink. However, if their usual coffee consumption is more than two to three cups per day, it would be wise to cut back until they are no longer pregnant or breastfeeding. With that in mind, women who are planning to conceive may want to limit caffeine consumption to less than 300 mg/day. This includes caffei...

12 TIPS FOR HEALTHY STRONG HAIR

Image
1. Remember that it can't grow overnight.   Unless your scalp unleashes new strands like a Chia Pet, gaining new length is going to take time. "Hair typically only grows about a quarter of an inch — to a half an inch max — a month," says celebrity hair stylist Mark Townsend, who helped Ashley Olsen grow out her asymmetric bob to past her waist. "And that's only if it is super-healthy and doesn't have a ton of split ends." The bottom line: Practice patience. 2. Ironically, scissors are your friend.   Although getting regular trims to snip splits won't make your hair actually grow faster, it will keep tips looking healthy and prevent splits from working their way up strands, requiring you to chop hair off more often. "If you wait so long that splits are causing your hair to break off high up on the strand, your hair will actually be shorter than if you get consistent trims," Townsend says, who suggests asking your stylist ...
